Law Enforcement
Social media personality Harrison Sullivan was taken into custody following avoiding law enforcement for almost twelve months in connection with reported traffic violations.
The 24-year-old, known as HSTikkyTokky, had a warrant from local authorities for failing to attend a legal hearing after a collision in Surrey's Virginia Water in spring 2024.
Police had earlier launched an appeal for leads after the motorist of a high-performance vehicle linked to a collision with another car left the location.
Mr Sullivan, who missed a scheduled hearing in late autumn, had since posted videos on social media from Qatar.
A statement from Surrey Police on Monday stated: "A 24-year-old man from Essex was arrested on the end of the week for not showing up at a legal proceeding for reckless operation of a vehicle.
"The individual was presented at Guildford Magistrates' Court on the weekend and has been remanded prior to a subsequent court appearance at Staines Magistrates' Court on Tuesday."
